Bondivibes Repair, Replace, and Refund Policy
At Bondivibes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our policy is designed to align with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
Consumer guarantees are automatic and can’t be taken away. Warranties are extra promises that a business can choose to make on top of the consumer guarantees.
Here’s how we handle repairs, replacements, and refunds:
1. Repair or Replace
- Eligibility: If your product is faulty or not as described, you may be eligible for a repair or replacement. This applies to defects that occur through normal use and are not a result of misuse or neglect.
- Resolution: Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either repair the product or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Warranty Period: Bondivibes provides a 12-month repair or replacement promise on all purchased items. A 3 year warranty on premium machines
2. Refunds
- Eligibility: You are entitled to a refund if the product has a major fault, is significantly different from the description, or if it cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
3. Change of Mind
- If you have a change of heart about your purchase, we accept returns for items bought directly from bondivibes.com within 30 days of purchase, provided they remain unopened.
- This means the shipping envelope/packaging your order arrived in must not be opened. Once we receive the returned item, it will be assessed to determine eligibility for a refund.
- If we find that the item has been opened, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Important Notice: We must adhere to this policy strictly. Once an item is touched, it is classified as used. Every product we send out is brand new, and we do not resell returned items. This ensures that all our customers receive a completely new product. Thank you for your understanding!
4. Shipping Costs
- Faulty Products: If the product is deemed faulty, Bondivibes will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Non-Faulty Returns: If a product is returned and found not to be faulty, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
