BondiVibes Repair, Replace, and Refund Policy

At Bondivibes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our policy is designed to align with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

Consumer guarantees are automatic and can’t be taken away. Warranties are extra promises that a business can choose to make on top of the consumer guarantees.

Here’s how we handle repairs, replacements, and refunds:

1. Repair or Replace

  • Eligibility: If your product is faulty or not as described, you may be eligible for a repair or replacement. This applies to defects that occur through normal use and are not a result of misuse or neglect.

  • Process: Contact our customer service team at support@bondivibes.com  with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information to assess the situation.

  • Resolution: Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either repair the product or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Warranty Period: Bondivibes provides a 12-month repair or replacement promise on all purchased items. 

2. Refunds

  • Eligibility: You are entitled to a refund if the product has a major fault, is significantly different from the description, or  if it cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

  • Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process and arrange for the return of the product if necessary.

  • Refund Method: While you may request a refund, under the ACCC guidelines, the final decision to repair, replace, or refund rests with the business. If the customer insists on a refund, and on approval by the business the refund only applies to the value of the faulty item, and not the total purchase amount.

  • he consumer is only entitled to a refund: If the item cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time 

3. Change of Mind

  • Policy: If you've had a change of heart about your purchase, we accept returns for items bought directly from bondivibes.com within 30 days of purchase, provided they remain unopened.

  • The shipping packaging must be intact and unopened. Once we receive the item, it will be assessed to determine eligibility for a refund.

  • If we find that the item has been opened, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Please note: that due to health regulations, we cannot exchange or refund items if you simply change your mind, and the shipping packing has been opened

4. Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Products: If the product is deemed faulty, Bondivibes will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Non-Faulty Returns: If a product is returned and found not to be faulty, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 

Order Cancellation and Refunds prior to shipping:

The following financial transaction fees will apply if you cancel your order before shipping:

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Orders (Afterpay, Klarna):

  • As a merchant we are charged a 6% transactions amount of 6% + $0.30.  This fee is non-refundable to the merchant. Therefor this amount will be deducted from the total refund.

Paypal

  • As a merchant we are charged a 2.6% + $0.30 transactions amount. This fee is non-refundable to the merchant. Therefor this amount will be deducted from the total refund.

Credit Cards:

  • As a merchant we are charged a 1.3% + $0.30 transactions amount.  This fee is non-refundable to the merchant.This fee is non-refundable to the merchant. Therefor this amount will be deducted from the total refund.
